My back is aching and I just took 1/2 a pain pill and 1/2 a muscle relaxer - guess i tweaked it doing something. ouch.
I just finished a bowl of salted peanuts - in the shell - very yummy, but very messy.
I'm thinking about just how early I can leave work - mainly due to the fact that I was 2 hours late this morning from taking lil girl into the doc. Hmmm - what would be acceptable? ah - who cares, I'm leaving in 20 minutes.
I have 2 cucumber and 2 summer squash from a friend at work, can't wait to eat them for dinner tonight! ;)
My feet are frozen solid right now and my toes (done up nicely in "I'm not really a waitress" red) are looking quite purple.
I really need to lose weight - I've gained 5 lbs since my back has been out. :( sob, sob.
I've really grown to like my shorthair cut. I feel good with it, it looks especially cute today - very bobby. that's not really a word is it? hmmm.
Wondering what to make for dinner tonight - I have leftover roasted chicken - maybe I'll do something with that? oh - tetrazini! YUM.

Trying to avoid getting any work done - absolutely, positively HATE my new cube. It's not even a whole cube - I share a cube with 3 other people. :(
I forgot to wear earrings today - I feel naked without earrings on.
My hair is pulled up into a tight bun.
I need to run tonight, but am having difficulties getting motivated. I need something to motivate me. I have to go 1.5 miles - running for 3 minutes, walking for 2, etc...
I am wearing my cream turtleneck sweater with black pants and it turned out WAY too hot for that today - it's up in the 70's already. It wasn't when I left home this morning.

I am wearing my very favorite jean jacket - it's by Yuka. I heart it! Little rhinestones on the pockets and everything. My sister-in-law bought it for me for christmas a few years back. good stuff.
I am working on my Q1/Q2 individual goals or objectives for our bonus program. I'm trying to come up with some bullshit that sounds appropriate. need more fluff.
I forgot to wear earrings today to work and it's been bugging the hell outta me all day. seriously - who leaves the house without earrings? AUGH.
I still have my little light-up christmas tree plugged in and on my desk here at work. Is it time to take that down yet? hmmmm...
I am sipping on my 2nd glass of water - WAY behind in my H2O consumption today.
I am wearing Burt's Bees Lip shimmer in Raisin - it's a little dark for me, but I'm getting used to it. Kinda like it now...
I had subway for lunch and am completely stuffed still. Probably means no dinner then.
I need more cowbell.
I have on clear nail polish.
I straightened my hair today, it looks ... well, decent I guess. ;)

1. I am wearing my new mood ring that we bought in Myrtle Beach, lil girl and I have the matching rings. It's currently a very pretty shade of blue-green.
2. I have started taking vitamins again - I hope that it will help me diet.
3. I am on my 3rd cup of coffee already this morning. I always start off with a cup of San Lorenzo Dark, then move to Hazlenut and then normally stop until after lunch. Well - I went for another San Lorenzo this morning. I'll be jittery as all hell this afternoon.
4. I am contemplating another haircut, but I definitely need a color. What to do?
5. I drink my morning coffee out of a Guinness coffee cup that I got in Ireland.

OK, it's hard to come up with 100 things and then some of them change... so how about this - every once in awhile, I'll just come up with 10 things about me at this moment! So here goes for the first one...

1. The gray in my hair is pretty bad right now, it needs colored and highlighted soon. VERY soon. It's normally blonde, and it's getting pretty long - right now it's down past my shoulders about 5 inches.
2. I am currently driving a 2003 PT Cruiser Turbo - I've named her Matilda. I love her! She's a very pretty green with a sunroof.
3. I am trying to learn to run - I would like to run in a 5K - but right now, it's mostly just walking.
4. I get stressed very easily for some reason - I let things bother me way too much.
5. I am working on planning a girls weekend get-away trip with my mother-in-law and her sister, should be a blast!
6. My 20th high school reunion is in 2 weeks, well - not even - it's in 9 days now!
7. I have no more grandparents living now.
8. I love my job as a buyer - it's very fun and usually challenging.
9. FuddyDuddy and I have a trip planned for October to go here.
10. It's time for me to go home - I plan on sitting on the couch and having a corona, or three...

So, this is the new list. I may repeat some of the items from below or I may not. Some of those things about me have changed, some stayed the same and there are some new things that I want to share as well... so enjoy...

1. I am married to my best friend, have been for 11 1/2 years now.
2. I have a 9 year old son, who is just about 10 now.
3. I have a 6 year old daughter.
4. I live in Huntsvegas, AL.
5. I was born in Canton, OH.

7. My first pet was a gray long haired cat named Smokey, he died of Leukemia
8. My parents have been married for 44 years.
9. I am the oldest child in my family.
10. We have a 25' pontoon boat that we love to spend all free time in the summer on.
11. I graduated GlenOak High School, North Canton, OH in 1987.
12. I sat next to Marilyn Manson in homeroom in High School.
13. I have my 20th reunion for high school this summer.

15. I wear Hypnose perfume and Tresor perfume. (gifts from hubby).
16. I went to Paris, France by myself in September 2003.
17. I saw Jim Morrison's grave while I was there.

19. I had a dual minor in History and Studio Art in college.
20. I had Bells Palsey in 1997 when I was 9 months pregnant.
21. I am a Supply Chain Analyst (fancy term for a Buyer).
22. I met my hubby while working at Chi-Chi's restaurant in Canton, OH.
23. It was lust at first sight!
24. My favorite flower is the lilac.
25. I have been to 6 countries outside of the US - Canada, Mexico, Ireland, France, Hungary and China.
26. I have been to 43 of the 50 United States.
27. I went to school for 1 year at the University of Toledo, they kicked me out for my stellar 1.2 GPA.
28. I was a Pharmacy major that year.
29. We have no pets currently.
30. My nickname kelwhy came about when I worked at a small bar in Canton, with 5 other Kelly's. I was the only Kelly with a Y though and they would call me that - it quickly got shortened to... KELWHY.
31. I was on the track team in 8th grade for about 5 weeks - I did the shotput and the mile run. I got a record shotput of 32 feet that 'season'.
32. I am not athletic at all.
33. My first car was a 1975 Ford Mustang, dirt brown.
34. I have 2 younger brothers, who I don't get to see as often as I'd like.
35. I have 1 sister-in-law by marriage - she's great. (too good for my brother?!)
36. I have 3 nephews and 1 niece, all in Ohio.
37. I have 5 brother-in-laws and 2 sister-in-laws. 1 BIL and the 2 SIL's I have never even met.
38. I am constantly struggling with my weight.
39. I don't wear lipstick, only lip gloss.
40. I sleep on the right side of the bed (that's the left side if you are facing it) I always have, just don't feel comfortable if I'm on the other side.
41. I drive a 2005 Chevy Silverado crew cab pickup truck, dark blue. I call her Betty Blue.

43. I wear a size 7 shoe.
44. My favorite food is PASTA - can't get enough of it - I really and truly could eat it everyday.
45. My favorite sport is College Football, HUGE Ohio State Buckeye's fan.
46. My favorite beer is... well, can't limit it to one - here's the top contenders tho' (not in any particular order) Guinness, Corona, Sam Adams, Amberbock and Dos Equis Amber.
47. I love to work in my gardens out in my yard, very relaxing to me.
48. My wedding ring is a pear shaped solitaire with a diamond wrap. I wouldn't trade it for the world.
49. I give blood as often as I can.
50. I have 2 tattoos, 1 on my right side bikini line and 1 on my lower back middle.

1. I am married to my best friend, he is incredible!
It will be 10 years in just a few months - still wonderful!
Yep - just past 10 years, and he's still my best friend.
2. I have 2 beautiful children who are a blessing.
OK, most of the time they are a blessing - sometimes..... well... (OK - just kidding there, I love 'em.)
3. I have a BFA degree from Kent State University in Art History with a dual minor in History and Studio Art.
4. My favorite movie is Breakfast at Tiffany's.
You really can't beat that movie - still #!.
5. I absolutely positively HATE onions.
ABSOLUTELY HATE - but I'm trying to learn to cook with them. I don't want my kids growing up, hating them as much as me!
Still working on it - I've even managed to eat some onion rings....I tried anyway.
6. My favorite flower is lilac.
7. I wear Kenneth Cole perfume.
Well, Kenneth Cole is just about to the end - I need a new scent - any suggestions?

Many things happened and didn't get to go anywhere but out to dinner at 801. A month after our anniversary, however we did take a long weekend in Seattle - and that was WONDERFUL.

34. The only friends that still keep in touch from Ohio are Trish and Steve Y.

I got this when my mom locked me out of the house when I was 4 years old, I was trying to get inside to get a popsicle - of course that's my vague memory of it - not exactly sure what all happened. I know I pounded on the front door and my arm went through the glass, my friend standing next to me went off screaming and the neighbor across the street came running.
63. I love the French impressionistic artists.
64. My favorite scented candle is cinnamon/apple.
65. I hate misspellings.
I'm a bit anal about that and correct people alot - I suppose that is rude, and I really should stop doing that. Lord knows that I'm not perfect there either!
Still working on that - but it does irk me.
66. My favorite art museum is the Musee D'Orsay in Paris. It was a very moving experience.

And now hubby gave me 1/4 carat diamond earrings for our 10th aniversary. He's wonderful.
69. I was a pharmacy major my first year of college.
70. My favorite memory of my dad is making pancakes with him one saturday morning, when I was around 11 years old.
I must have been having a bad morning and I messed up the recipe like 3 times. He just poured me a 7-up and sat down and talked to me. There's many more great memories like that - but that one really sticks out for me.
71. My favorite memory of my mom is when she came to see me at the University of Toledo one weekend.
Her and her sister came up with my best friend Julie. We had SO much fun that weekend- a bunch of girls out on the town!
72. I want a bigger house.
Still want a bigger house - I want us to start looking for a new house and move. Hubby says that we can't yet though - that we would lose too much on our current house. sigh.
Doing lots of lil projects around the current house now and it's really shaping up.
73. I had my gallbladder removed in 1998.

I don't know that that is my FAVORITE book - but it is a good one.

Yeah - I did basically already say that. The youngest one is married and has 2 sons, they live in the Cinci area of Ohio. The middle child is still single, although recently engaged and living in Conn. He's the nomad of the family. I wish he'd have some kids soon... no telling there though.

I sleep with one under my head and one between my knees - and no, don't make any SICK jokes about that!

There is 1 brother-in-law that I have never met and 2 sisters-in-law that I have never met - these are Hubby's 1/2 brother and sisters on his dads side. I have also just lost a sister-in-law due to a divorce on the hubby's side of the family.
